we hope you had a great strart into the new year. Unfortunately we don't have any German-speaking tournaments in February. Have fun reading this month’s newsletter issue!

Sven Jentzsch setzt sich in seinem Artikel mit der Frage auseinander, ob die deutsche Debattierszene zu stark von links-grünen Positionen geprägt ist. Er hinterfragt, ob aufgrund politischer Voreingenommenheiten noch angemessen debattiert werden kann und ob konservative Personen in der Szene ebenso willkommen sind wie die Mehrheit aus links-grünen Kreisen.

From the 1st to 3rd of March, the Debattierclub Heidelberg is hosting a German-speaking BPS tournament.

On the 16th and 17th of March, the Debattierclub Göttingen e.V. is hosting a German-speaking OPD tournament.

Our Transrapid Tournament was a great success

This month we hosted the annual Transrapid tournament here in Munich. The tournament was organized by our amazing team of Julia Kirzinger, Jola Schmidt and Allison Zhang. Three teams from Munich achieved to break into the finals. A team from Vienna won the tournament.
